 ACCOUNTING AND PAYROLL

PNM provides payroll and accounting services for individuals, representative offices and companies on an outsourced basis. In effect, we function as an internal payroll and accounting department. The service includes but not limited to following tasks:

• Calculating pay based on various employee classifications

• Tracking different payroll cycles and calendars

• Managing local holiday schedules

• Distributing funds to employees, tax authorities, and social programs in the appropriate currencies

• Delivering local and expatriate payrolls 

• Reporting to tax authority, labour authorities, the Service of Trade and social insurance authorities

• Claiming sick allowance, maternity allowance and so on from the social insurance fund
