PNM was established in 2010 by Mr. Mike Pham and his wife. Mr. Pham is Attorney-at-law and Certified Chief Accountant. He’s been working in both fields legal and accounting for 30 years. He was head of accounting department in many multinational enterprises including big factories with more than 2,000 workers. He used to manage several departments in the factory i.e. accounting department, import-export department and warehouse. He worked for Frasers Law Firm and was Senior Associate at Roedl & Partner Vietnam. He used to assist Kaefer Germany (the sub-contractor of Siemens) to successfully set up the operating offices in Ca Mau and in Dong Nai for providing insulation services for Ca Mau power plant and Nhon Trach power plant. Successfully, assisted them on all accounting, tax and labor issues from the beginning until the end of the project.Thanks for his deep experience in both legal and accounting. Thanks for the wonderful members of PNM's team, PNM has supported many foreign investors to invested successfully into Vietnam. PNM has assisted many well known companies i.e. China Petroleum, National Instrument, Kaufland, Intertek, Arla, Oakley, Essar Steel, Kabeltec, Endress+Hauser to setting up their subsidiaries in Vietnam and to assisted them on daily activities in accounting, labor, taxes, compulsory contribution etc.

Kathy Nguyen
